Returns

Pre-made items:

This applies to any item that is not a custom order.

Pre-made items can be returned for a refund as long as they are in the original condition and it is within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees or associated costs for returned items. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted as a return.

Custom Orders:

Custom ordered items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges. If you have concerns or problems with your custom order, please contact us to help address and resolve them if possible.
